Our mission is to provide more fun and education for all children, regardless of where you come from or what is available to you. We want to help children learn in their early years by doing, doing, thinking and creating. We want to help teens express their individuality, bring their ideas to life, and encourage them to try new things and think in a variety of ways, less of screen time.
Our company is built on the love of learning, science, education and hard work and we have built the brand on the strong foundations of our group company which is a lettershop and marketing company.
The parent company was founded over 30 years ago from the fascination of connection through letters and, believe it or not, through the postal service.
Today, it’s increasingly important to build connections in real-time, with high-quality materials and interactions away from the internet, wherever we can. People love to receive interesting and positive mail, and our goal is to bring this experience to our younger generations as well, while offsetting the environmental impact of globalization. It is important to us that children learn about the environment and the impact of their activities, decisions and actions as they grow up.
We promote a circular economy by curating the items for our boxes in collaboration with carefully selected partners, with the aim of recycling materials and not polluting our children’s environment with even more waste.
In today’s digitally connected world, where computers and mobile phones are ubiquitous, we want to provide young people with tactile, analogue and useful learning experiences to balance the modern digital way of life.
It is important to us that children learn about the environment and the impact of their activities, decisions and actions as they grow up. The contents of each box stay true to this value and help educate young people about what they can do to help.
Our products, our vision
The Not Bored Club brings fun and educational activities right to your doorstep, with personalization and customization, for all ages: including younger children, teenagers and adults.
As a Not Bored Club customer, you can choose a one-time Not Bored Box („NBB“) or opt for quarterly or monthly deliveries.
Our boxes are lovingly designed, curated and handmade with the environment in mind. Topics and teaching materials vary depending on your preferences, or we can take care of the thinking for you with our „Surprise Box“!
Each box is personally addressed to the child and each large box contains up to 12 thematic projects, tasks or games, a game and learning flyer as well as a collectible and a small gift each month.
Once the age-related projects within the NBB are completed, experiences and successes can be shared with other members of the Not Bored Club via our website or social media, ensuring interactivity, community and connection across Europe.
